You represent that you are at least of the age of majority in Singapore when using this website or making any transactions thereunder.  If you are under the age of majority, please do not use this website or enter into any transactions. SSS reserves the right to refuse access to this website to anyone in its discretion without giving reason(s).

 The unauthorised use of the Contents may amount to a violation of SSS‘s copyright, intellectual property and/or other lawful rights whether of SSS or third parties (if applicable). Indemnity

You shall indemnify SSS and its related organisations and affiliates from any demands and claims made against them by a third party arising as a result of the breach of these Terms of Use by you and/or other actions or omissions by the user. This indemnity shall include without limitation any claim by the third party for reliefs, damages, losses (howsoever described), and for legal costs on a solicitor-client basis. The user shall keep SSS, its related organizations and affiliates harmless against any such claims, and at the written request of SSS, step into the shoes of SSS, related organization or affiliates (as the case may be) to defend such claims.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be illegal or unenforceable in a judicial proceeding, such provision shall be deemed severed and the remainder of the said terms shall remain operative and binding on you.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with laws of the Republic of Singapore, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use.
