Return & Exchange Policy

INCORRECT ITEM (colour, size or item)

If you received incorrect item(s), please notify us of the situation within 5 working days upon receipt of item(s) to facilitate your return/exchange request. Our contact information can be found below.

Please provide the following to facilitate our checks:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Date of shipment
  • Details of incorrect item(s) (photos are fine)

    Once we have confirmed that the item(s) are incorrectly delivered, we will contact you to arrange for the exchange.

    You may choose to mail back the incorrect item(s) or drop it off at Spectra Secondary School, 1 Woodlands Drive 64 Singapore 737758. Once we receive the item(s), we will send you the item(s) to be exchanged.

    In the situation that the ordered item is out of stock, you can exchange for another item of similar or higher value. For exchange of item(s) of higher value, you will top up the difference. Please refer to Payment information.

      A DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED ITEM

      If you received defective or damaged item(s), please notify us of the situation within 5 working days upon receipt of defective / damaged item(s) to facilitate your return/exchange request. Our contact information can be found below.

      Please state the following to facilitate our checks:

      • Order number
      • Name
      • Date of shipment
      • Details of defective or damaged item(s) (photos of defective or damaged areas are preferred) 

        We will ascertain the defect or damage and further advise you of the outcome.

        If you have purchased apparel, please take note that our apparel is mass manufactured, and the following are not considered manufacturing defects:

        1. Measurements varying 0.5 to 0.75 inches from the stated measurements;
        2. Slight colour discrepancies arising from difference in computer screen resolutions;
        3. Items with slight imperfections (loose threads, small dotted stains on fabric, small stains on lining etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item;
        4. Differing placement of prints from showcased items (for printed items, placement of prints might differ from piece to piece); and
        5. Quality not up to expectation or customer's subjective opinions and preference (inner lining, pockets, etc.).

        Once a defect or damage is ascertained, we will contact you to arrange for the exchange. An exchange of the same item (same size and colour) will be provided (subjected to stock availability).

        You may choose to mail back the defective/damaged item(s) or drop it off at Spectra Secondary School, 1 Woodlands Drive 64 Singapore 737758. Items must be unworn/unwashed/unscented with tags on, in original packaging in order to be eligible for return/exchange. Once we receive the item(s), we will send you the item(s) to be exchanged.

        In the situation that the ordered item is out of stock, you can exchange for another item of similar or higher value. For exchange of item(s) of higher value, you will top up the difference. Please refer to Payment information.
